Examination Invigilator & Graduation Assistant
You will be an enthusiastic, friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
You’ll be :
- One of several team leaders, preparing the venue for Examinations.
- Engaging with students and guests, providing guidance, and creating happy memories.
You’ll support students sitting Professional examinations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the Graduands and their guests have a day to remember.
What you’ll bring
With superb communication skills and experience/knowledge of facilitating Professional Examinations and Graduation Ceremonies this will be provide you with the basic skills set to enable you to be flexible in the role you play. Having the ability to be empathetic you will need to be able to work to a set of regulations to ensure University standards are maintained.
Additionally, you’ll:
- Be part of a successful team.
- Act as a contact for all queries from students, University staff and stakeholders.
- A flexible ‘can do’ approach to working.
