RLSS NPLQ Trainer Assessor

The NPLQ Trainer Assessor is a key role to carry out RLSS NPLQ examinations of the Lifeguard courses delivered at Cardiff Met Sport in accordance with the ATC Guidance.  The successful candidate will become part of the pool of TAs and would also be expected to assess the renewal qualification of the Met Sport team

 

You’ll lead the way by: 

  • Working with the Cardiff Met Sport management to carry out the role of a Trainer Assessor.
  • Assess RLSS courses and staff renewals at Cardiff Met University in accordance with the ATC guidance.
  • Adhere to relevant industry legislation and organisational policies and procedures in line with organisational guidelines and best professional practice.
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork in accordance to the requirements of the ATC


What you’ll Bring:

You will still need to be able to work as part of a team, and display effective communication and time management skills. An ability to use Microsoft Office platforms and RLSS portal will help to ensure effective utilisation of our facilities. 


Additionally you’ll have: 

  • TA core qualification.
  • TA NPLQ Specialism qualification.
  • RLSS membership (license to operate).
